Apple Pie Spice 1 tbsp flour (to thicken gravy) 1 tbsp fresh herbs 1 tsp lemon peel Fresh garlic clove Fresh ginger Buttermilk Corn syrup 1 cup Ketchup Chives Mayo Whipped Cream 1 tbsp lemon juice Honey |

substitute this...
Blend cinnamon, nutmeg & cardamom to taste 1 ½ tsp cornstarch or arrowroot starch or 1 ½ tsp whole wheat flour or 1 tbsp of granular tapioca ½ tsp dried herbs ½ tsp lemon extract 1/8 tsp garlic powder Candied ginger rinsed of sugar 1 cup whole milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar. Let stand 5 mins Honey (or sugar) and water, cooked 1 cup tomato sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar + 2 tsp vinegar Green onion tops chopped or minced Pureed cottage cheese or yogurt or sour cream Freeze can of evap milk; when icy, add 1 tsp lemon juice and whip 1 tbsp vinegar Heat equal parts sugar & water to form syrup |
